Operations Standards

Right To Consolidate
Cargo

Xerin Group Limited operates a cargo consolidation logistics model to optimize global trade flows, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness for all Gateway users.

Cargo Consolidation

Xerin reserves the right to consolidate shipments from multiple shippers into a single air cargo consignment, pallet, container, or aircraft load. This consolidation process is a standard logistics practice designed to optimize aircraft capacity and improve operational efficiency.

Mixed Cargo Shipments

Shipments booked through the Gateway may be combined with cargo belonging to other traders, freight forwarders, or shippers traveling on the same flight. Such consolidation shall not affect the ownership, documentation, or identification of individual shipments. Each shipment will remain traceable through its Booking Reference Code.

Handling and Segregation

While shipments may be consolidated for transportation purposes, Xerin will maintain reasonable procedures for identification, sorting, and handling of individual cargo consignments. However, the shipper acknowledges that shipments may be stored, transported, or handled alongside other cargo.

No Objection to Consolidation

By using the Gateway booking system, the shipper confirms that they have no objection to the consolidation of their cargo with shipments belonging to other customers. This agreement is essential for access to the Gateway's preferential rates and routes.
